Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use our site, understand our services and reach us.

Last updated : September 16, 2026

Our commitment

UnifyX wants everyone to be able to use its site, understand its services and reach it, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. We aim for Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, which includes the WCAG 2.0 Level AA required by Ontario regulations for organizations subject to them.

What we have built in

When we redesigned the site, we designed the pages to provide:

  • a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 between body text and its background;
  • full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator;
  • text alternatives for informative images and text descriptions of diagrams;
  • clear labels on every form field, including the booking form;
  • a consistent heading structure and the language of each page declared, in French and English;
  • pages that adapt to mobile screens and to text enlarged up to 200%;
  • no information conveyed by colour alone.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may still present barriers:

  • some complex diagrams are only described in summary; we can provide a detailed description on request;
  • the booking calendar may be harder to use with some assistive technologies; you can always request an appointment by email or phone;
  • third-party content, such as the LinkedIn pages we link to, is the responsibility of its publishers.

Other formats and other ways to reach us

On request, we provide the site’s content in another format, such as a text document. We also accept appointment requests by email or phone.

Your feedback

Did you run into a barrier? Let us know: tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if possible, the browser or assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge every piece of feedback and follow up as quickly as we can.

Assessment and updates

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out during the site redesign. We review it whenever the site changes significantly.
